Warm pool, Convenient shopping nearby, Well-stocked conference room

Cleanliness left much to be desired!!! Filthy carpets and unkempt bathrooms, not to mention issues with parking lot security!!! Maintenance seemed slow to respond to appliance malfunctions. Attention to detail could really enhance the experience!!!

Loud party outside kept us awake all night.

During our stay, we loved how close we were to Deermont Park, which was just a short drive away, and we enjoyed strolling through nearby Wolfchase Galleria, making it easy to find shops and food options. the hotel itself had friendly staff that made our family feel welcome. but the room we had could have used a bit more attention to detail.

We enjoyed a lovely time by the warm pool during our stay. The ambiance was great for some family fun, especially with my boyfriend joining us! The staff was attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.

My kids wished for a quieter atmosphere without loud guests in the hallways. It would be great if the hotel could enforce a noise policy to help families enjoy their stay.

Had a great time with friends! We loved exploring the nearby IKEA and the Galleria shopping center. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were friendly, always providing fresh cookies and lemonade in the lobby. Breakfast was decent, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable!

The TV setup was confusing since it didn't display any channel numbers, making it hard to find shows quickly.

The pool water looked uninviting and could use better maintenance. Key cards for the room were unreliable, requiring multiple attempts to get through doors—once, it took outside help to open my own room. Other amenities, like the TV, failed to work during the stay, compromising the overall experience.

I enjoyed a comfortable King Room. The snacks in the lobby were a nice touch. Staff were friendly and attentive. Proximity to shopping venues was excellent. Breakfast options were decent and satisfying. 🍪
